This policy explains how Trei ("we") handles information when you use stocks.trei.dev. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011, and applicable Indian data-protection law.

Information we collect

• Email address — when you purchase a Premium subscription, to identify your subscription and grant access.
• Payment information — processed directly by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card/UPI/bank details; we store only a payment/order reference and your subscription status.
• Usage & analytics — anonymous/aggregate usage via Google Analytics (Firebase) and a first-party visit counter, and standard server logs.
• Advertising — if ads are shown, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies/identifiers as described below.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, grant/verify Premium access, process payments, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & advertising

We and third parties (e.g. Google) use cookies/local storage. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the Service — payment (Razorpay), hosting (Google Firebase), analytics/ads (Google) — and when required by law.

Retention & security

We keep subscription records for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal/tax obligations, and apply reasonable security measures.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@trei.dev. Deleting your subscription data may end Premium access.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18.
