Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Premium subscriptions to Stock Market Analytics (stocks.trei.dev), operated under the brand Trei.

Nature of the product

Premium is a digital subscription that grants immediate access to data and features for a fixed period (monthly or yearly). There is no physical shipment or delivery.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing contact@trei.dev. Cancellation stops any future renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

• 7-day goodwill refund: if the Service materially fails to work as described, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will review and, where fair, issue a full or pro-rated refund.
• Duplicate/accidental charge: fully refunded on verification.
• Because Premium delivers digital access immediately, refunds are otherwise at our reasonable discretion and generally not provided for a period already substantially used, or for dissatisfaction with market outcomes (the Service provides data, not investment advice or returns — see our Disclaimer).

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days. Bank/processor timelines may add a few days.
