These Terms govern your use of the Stock Market Analytics website at stocks.trei.dev (the "Service"), operated under the brand Trei (the "Company", "we", "us"). By accessing the Service or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides factual stock-market data and analytics about listed securities for informational purposes. It is not investment advice and not a research report. See our Disclaimer.
Certain data and features ("Premium") require a paid subscription. Prices are shown on our Pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay; we do not store your card details. Access is granted for the paid period and, unless auto-renewal is offered and enabled by you, does not renew automatically.

You agree not to scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the data beyond your personal use, not to circumvent access controls, and not to use the Service unlawfully.
All content, layout, and branding are owned by the Company or its licensors. Underlying market data belongs to its respective sources.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for investment losses.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
